The homepage for Help Guide Thrive, a resource-driven initiative of the Illinois Public Health Association (IPHA) focused on empowering community health workers (CHWs) and public health organizations across Illinois. The site has two main components: the CHW Capacity Building Center, which provides CHWs with knowledge, tools, and support to grow in their roles; and the Help Guide Thrive Operations Hub, which helps local organizations navigate healthcare billing and build long-term sustainability. The site serves individuals looking to enter the public health workforce as CHWs, as well as organizations in public health, social services, community development, and education.
