Know Alz IL Digital Toolkit

The homepage for Know ALZ, an Illinois-based Alzheimer's early detection and awareness project funded by an Illinois Department of Public Health grant to the Illinois Public Health Association (IPHA). The project's mission is to increase early detection and awareness of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders among high-risk and underserved communities in Illinois. It partners with local health departments, community-based organizations, and federally qualified health centers to deliver brain health messaging and train community health workers on ADRD symptoms, barriers to care, diagnostic testing, and available support.
